Education

As a licensed professional counselor and board-certified dance movement therapist, my work is deeply rooted in attachment theory and the exploration of the intersection between felt sense experience, attachment patterns, and the different parts of self. I specialize in helping clients understand and navigate their attachment styles to foster healthier relationships and enhance emotional well-being.
My extensive training informs my approach, including developmental movement patterns, movement analysis of the mother-infant dyad, and infant massage instruction. This background allows me to create a therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotional landscapes and develop secure attachment styles.

Sessions

In our sessions, I utilize mindfulness, meditation, somatic movement, and expressive techniques to tailor the therapeutic experience to your unique needs. Beyond deep listening, I provide practical skills and techniques to make your healing process feel tangible and attainable. I am committed to cultivating a nurturing environment that emphasizes your personal strengths and promotes a sense of safety, ensuring that our work progresses at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I work with individuals facing various challenges related to attachment, including anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By integrating an understanding of felt sense experiences with attachment dynamics and the various parts of self, I empower you to recognize patterns that may be impacting your connections with others. Together, we can develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

I am currently accepting clients who wish to deepen their understanding of attachment dynamics and enhance their emotional resilience. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, unlocking your potential for secure, meaningful connections.

My Approach

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
